Plyometric is making a huge comeback and there are some great routines out there that include plyometric training. Word of warning its high impact so make sure your knees can handle the work.

I think any time you can move is good. Burn some of those calories off… as I say, food goes from my lips to my hips way to fast.

I use my music for motivation and I have lost 100 pounds after birthing 3 wonderful kids.

This reminds me of a Cher Step aerobics video that I used to have!

I blew out my knee once doing plyometrics… my fault though, didn’t warm up properly. So take my advice and make sure you’re warm before you start jumping off any ledges.

Plyo-jump training is one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done. I have previously torn my acl and was a little scared of plyometrics, but I can do it at my own pace and speed

Plyometrics is definitely hard on your knees so make sure they can handle it!
