Essential Exercises: Gotta Love The Lunge

I love the lunge.  It’s a simple exercise to learn, a difficult exercise to master.  It tones the entire leg and requires only your body weight — and maybe some dumbbells.  Do them right and you’ll start to see results in just a few weeks.
